The Starr Conspiracy

Senior Art Director | September 2021 – April 2024

I worked with multiple clients simultaneously as the creative lead on projects including brand identity, print and digital campaigns, report and ebook layout, and event strategy. I worked directly with clients and presented creative that aligned with their brand vision and message. I partnered with account managers and copywriters on these projects, ensuring that projects stayed in-budget and within scope. 

Aduro

Senior Manager of Brand | November 2020 – August 2021

I developed the vision and strategy of the Aduro new brand. I led planning and execution of all Marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and demand to ensure company alignment and market relevancy. I served as a strategic leader and mentor to a team of creatives.

Creative Manager | January 2019 – November 2020

I created initial concepts and provided art direction and project management for all marketing initiatives. I led creative direction for Aduro’s brand refresh and communicated with marketing team, senior management and outside partners to develop a brand that reflects the company’s core values.

Senior Graphic Designer | August 2014 – December 2018

I executed brand identities for clients and print, digital, environmental, and interactive collateral for the Aduro brand. I led creative direction of event experiences and conducted weekly creative workshop sessions with the marketing team.

I developed complete brand identities for clients from initial concept through execution of brand guidelines, print and digital collateral, and website design and development through Wordpress. I also worked on several campaigns that included billboards, print and digital ads, emails, and print collateral.
